This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tota Tota mobile application ("App"), provided by Ahmed Awad ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App License ¶

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

The App is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by law.

2. Purpose of the App ¶

Tota Tota provides children's stories, audio storytelling, and related entertainment features. The App is intended for family-friendly use and should be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian when used by children.

Stories and generated content are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

3. Accounts and Access ¶

Some features may require signing in with Apple, Google, email and password, or another supported method. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

You agree not to use the App in a way that violates applicable laws, harms others, abuses the service, attempts unauthorized access, or uploads content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases ¶

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription prices, billing periods, renewals, and availability are displayed in the App and/or on the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment handling are managed by Apple according to Apple's policies.

5. User Content ¶

If the App allows you to submit names, preferences, images, prompts, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant us the limited permission needed to process your submitted content for providing App features, such as creating or preparing stories, audio, images, and related experiences.

6. Privacy ¶

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

7. Intellectual Property ¶

The App, design, branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our name, logo, branding, or content without permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

8. Availability and Changes ¶

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination ¶

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the App, other users, or us.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability ¶

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Apple Terms ¶

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is accepted where applicable:

1. ترخيص استخدام التطبيق ¶

نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا، غير حصري، غير قابل للنقل، وقابلًا للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية، وذلك وفقًا لهذه الشروط وشروط متجر Apple App Store.

2. هدف التطبيق ¶

يوفر تطبيق توتة توتة قصصًا للأطفال وتجارب حكي صوتية وميزات ترفيهية مرتبطة بها. التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام العائلي المناسب للأطفال، ويجب استخدامه تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني عند استخدام الأطفال له.

القصص والمحتوى داخل التطبيق مقدمة لأغراض ترفيهية وتعليمية فقط، ولا تعتبر نصيحة طبية أو نفسية أو قانونية أو مهنية.

3. الحسابات والوصول ¶

قد تتطلب بعض الميزات تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple أو Google أو البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور أو أي طريقة تسجيل دخول أخرى مدعومة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك.

توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق بطريقة تخالف القوانين، أو تضر بالآخرين، أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة، أو تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به، أو ترفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو ضار أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.

4. الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق ¶

قد يوفر التطبيق اشتراكات متجددة تلقائيًا ومشتريات داخل التطبيق من خلال نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق الخاص بشركة Apple.

تظهر أسعار الاشتراكات، ومدد الفوترة، والتجديد، والتوفر داخل التطبيق أو على App Store قبل إتمام الشراء. يتم خصم الدفع من حساب Apple الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.

تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية. قد يتم تحصيل رسوم التجديد من حساب Apple الخاص بك خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.

7. الملكية الفكرية ¶

التطبيق والتصميم والعلامة التجارية والبرمجيات والمحتوى الأصلي مملوكة لنا أو للمرخصين لنا ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية.

لا يجوز لك استخدام اسم التطبيق أو الشعار أو العلامة التجارية أو المحتوى دون إذن، إلا في الحدود التي تسمح بها هذه الشروط أو القانون.

8. التوفر والتغييرات ¶

يجوز لنا تحديث أو تعديل أو إيقاف أو تعليق أي جزء من التطبيق في أي وقت. كما يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدثة.

9. إنهاء الاستخدام ¶

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو أسأت استخدام الخدمة، أو تسببت في مخاطر للتطبيق أو للمستخدمين الآخرين أو لنا.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها ¶

يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر" دون أي ضمانات، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق.

11. شروط Apple ¶

إذا قمت بتحميل التطبيق من Apple App Store، فإن استخدامك للتطبيق يخضع أيضًا لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية الخاصة بشركة Apple ما لم يتم قبول اتفاقية مخصصة حيثما ينطبق ذلك:
